Business Development Executive (BDE)

Drive new business by identifying, reaching out to, and converting potential clients. You'll be the first point of contact for prospects — understanding their needs and positioning AVSOFTEC as their ideal tech partner.

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales or business development
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to generate leads via LinkedIn, email, and other channels
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and follow-up
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience selling tech or software services
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
  • Understanding of web/mobile/software development lifecycle
