Requirements

Proficiency in Figma for UI design and prototyping
Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design work
Understanding of user-centered design principles
Ability to create consistent design systems and component libraries
Good communication skills to collaborate with developers

Nice to Have

Motion design or micro-interaction experience
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
Experience designing for SaaS or mobile apps
